The objective in building a private Christian school is to obey the scriptural imperatives in Deuteronomy 6:5-7
“….love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: and thou shalt teach them diligently to thy children….”
Proverbs 22:6 to train up a child in…”the way he should go.”
Teaching is training. Training for life must include training for eternity.
Mark 12:30
“And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this the first commandment.”
Our first goal is that every student comes to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior, develop a life-long relationship with Him in “heart, soul and mind” and that they would produce fruits of the Spirit as a result of that relationship.
John 15:8
“Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.”
Our second goal is that all students receive the best educational experience possible by utilizing curriculum that allows children to excel at their own rate. Thus having no child left behind as well as no child held back.
